Verify Your Identity

Enter the two details the Registrar holds for you

The ID printed on your student identity card.
Type it in English or in Amharic — it must match our record.

Your details are only used to show your own record. Nothing is changed until you submit a request.

What you can check

Everything the University will print

Read each line against your diploma

Your name, in both scripts

Full Name in English and in Amharic — the two most error-prone items on the record.

Programme and qualification

The programme you sat, the qualification awarded, and the modality you studied in.

Graduation date

The date the University will print as your date of graduation.

Fayda and exit exam IDs

Your 16-digit Fayda number and the exit exam username, exactly as recorded.

The Original Student Copy is issued only after your printed details are verified.
How it works

Four steps, no visit required

From ID lookup to a printed copy

1. Open your record

Enter your ID number and Grandfather name to see the register as the University holds it.

2. Compare it with your diploma

Read every line. This is a read-only preview of exactly what will be printed.

3. Report anything wrong

Send the corrected details. The Registrar reviews it before anything is printed.

4. Confirm and order

Once your details are accepted, order your copy and receive an e-mail reference.

Check carefully before ordering. A print order accepts the register as it stands at that moment. Corrections requested afterwards may not be reflected in an order already submitted.
