I hold a BSc in Nursing andan an AMSc in Adult Health Nursing. I have over four years of clinical experience as a staff nurse in a governmental hospital and currently serve as an instructor in the Nursing Department at Bonga University. My academic and professional work focuses on evidence-based nursing practice, research, quality improvement, and leadership development in nursing.
